Shipping Policy

At Cloudy Daze, we promise fast, reliable, and discreet shipping. This way, our customers get their orders on time and safely. We carefully package our products to keep them safe during shipping. This also helps us follow all the necessary rules.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. After we process your order, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Then, you can keep an eye on your shipment's progress. We ship with [insert carriers, e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS]. Standard shipping times can vary by location.

We always try to meet delivery times. However, delays can happen. This may be due to things we can't control, like carrier issues, bad weather, or many orders.

Shipping Restrictions

Cloudy Daze only ships within the United States and does not offer international shipping at this time. Hemp-derived THCA products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. However, each state has its laws and rules about these products. We can't ship THCA products to these states because of local rules:

  • Idaho

  • Kansas

  • Minnesota

  • Oregon

  • Rhode IslandWest Virginia

 

If you order a restricted product and have a shipping address in one of these states, we will cancel your order and refund you.

Some local areas in states we ship to may have their own rules. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand their local laws before placing an order.

Important Legal Notice

Compliance with Local Laws

Laws governing hemp-derived products are subject to change. We try hard to keep up with state rules, but it’s the customer’s job to make sure their purchase follows local and state laws. Cloudy Daze is not responsible for orders that authorities seize, delay, or restrict because of changes in statutes after you buy.

Age Requirement

To purchase from Cloudy Daze, you must be 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this policy.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once the carrier ships and marks an order as delivered, Cloudy Daze is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please get in touch with the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
