What is difference between Marijuana and THCA?
They are both varieties of the plant Cannabis sativa L. However, Hemp has a total THC level that does not exceed 0.3% on a dry weight basis. Marijuana has THC levels that exceed this amount.

THCA is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, which permits hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Naturally found in raw hemp plants, THCA is extracted from high-THCA hemp strains. Cultivators carefully dry and cure the hemp to ensure it stays within federal limits on Delta-9 THC, allowing THCA products to be legally sold as long as they meet these requirements.
